The Institute of International Business of Blaise Pascal University was founded in 1991 and since then counts over 1,200 graduates. It offers a 3-year course to students who have successfully completed at least two years in higher education : it awards a bachelor’s degree at the end of the year 1 and a master’s degree after a further two years’ study.
It is present on two campuses : Clermont-Ferrand and Vichy.
==> Clermont-Ferrand offers two options : International Sales and International Purchasing.
==> Vichy offers a Technical Sales option which is open to students having completed two years in a scientific or technological area of study.
Each option opens up job opportunities in a specific area of international business.
International Sales & Marketing
This option prepares students for careers in sales and marketing with an international dimension. On graduation students are able to implement a company’s export policy and import policy and move on to positions of responsibility in sales, export or import, marketing, communication.

International Purchasing
This option prepares students for careers in purchasing with an international dimension. On graduation students are able to develop a company’s buying strategy within the constraints of quality and cost.

Technical Sales
This option prepares students for careers in sales, marketing and purchasing in sectors which require a high degree of technical expertise. Only students who have acquired a scientific or technical background on their previous course of study are accepted in this option.
